Para erasmus:

Si deseas venir a estudiar a la Universitat de València como estudiante del programa Erasmus, el primer paso es asegurarte que existe un acuerdo bilateral entre tu universidad de origen y la Universitat de València en la titulación que quieres cursar aquí. Si no es así, no podrás venir en calidad de estudiante Erasmus.

Requisitos

• La existencia de un convenio bilateral entre las dos universidades en la titulación que quieres estudiar en Valencia.
• Tu universidad tiene que comunicarnos que has sido seleccionado como estudiante Erasmus

Documentos

Debes enviar a Relaciones Internacionales los siguientes documentos:

• Formulario de solicitud (Application form) de la Universitat de València. Los formularios de solicitud se enviarán personalizados para cada alumno una vez la universidad de origen envíe los nombramientos.
• 3 Fotografías (tamaño pasaporte)
• Copia del pasaporte
• Copia de la Tarjeta Sanitaria Europea para la asistencia médica (antiguo E128)

Plazos

Estancias del primer semestre o curso completo (comenzando en Septiembre): 15 de junio.
Estancias del segundo semestre (comenzando en Febrero): 15 de noviembre.

Para internacionales:

Requisitos

Tienes que asegurarte de que existe un convenio bilateral para el intercambio de estudiantes entre las dos universidades.  Además, tu universidad tiene que comunicar a Relaciones Internacionales que has sido seleccionado como estudiante de intercambio.

Documentos

Tu universidad tiene que enviar los siguientes documentos:

• Formulario de solicitud (Application form) de la Universitat de València. Los formularios de solicitud se enviarán personalizados para cada alumno una vez la universidad de origen envíe los nombramientos.
• 3 Fotografías (tamaño pasaporte)
• 2 Cartas de recomendación por 2 profesores de tu universidad
• Copia del expediente académico (transcript of grades)
• Copia del pasaporte

Deberéis tener un seguro médico que os cubra los gastos sanitarios en el período de vuestra estancia en España.

Plazos

Estancias del primer semestre o curso completo (comenzando en Septiembre): 15 de junio.
Estancias del segundo semestre (comenzando en Febrero): 15 de noviembre.

Visados

Hay dos clases de visados de estudiante:

• Visado D+C para 180 días: este tipo de visado no puede ser prorrogado.
• Visado de estudiante para 90 días: Este tipo de visado puede ser prorrogado desde aquí.

Una vez en España, deberás solicitar Autorización de Estancia por Estudios en el primer mes desde tu entrada en la Unión Europea.

For Erasmus

If you want to come to the University of Valencia with the Erasmus Program, the first step is to check if there is a bilateral agreement between your home university and the University of Valencia in the field of your degree. Otherwise, you cannot come as an Erasmus Student.

Requirements

• The existence of a bilateral agreement between both your home university and the University of Valencia in the field you wish to study here in Valencia.
• Your home university must confirm to us that you have been granted the status of an Erasmus Student

Documents

You should send to the International Relationships Office the following documents:

• The application form of the University of Valencia. Personalized application forms will be sent to each student once we have received their confirmations as Erasmus Students by their universities.
• 3 Photographs (passport size)
• Photocopy of your passport
• Photocopy of the European Health Card for the medical assistance (former E128)

Deadlines

Fall semester or Whole year stays (starting in September): June 15th. Spring semester (starting in February): November 15th.

International Programs

Requirements

• The existence of a bilateral agreement between your home university and the university of Valencia.
• Your university must confirm with us that you have been accepted as an Exchange Student

Documents

The following documents should be sent by your home university:

• The application form of the University of Valencia (we will send it to your university once they disclose your name)
• 3 Photographs (passport size)
• 2 Letters of reccomendation by 2 teachers of your university
• Copy of your academic transcript
• Photocopy of your passport

Be sure that you have health insurance that covers the full length of your stay in Spain.

Deadlines

Fall semester or Whole year stays (starting in September): June 15th.

Spring semester (starting in February): November 15th.

Visa

There are two kinds of Student Visas:

• D+C visa for 180 days: this visa cannot be extended
• A student visa for 90 days: This kind of visa can be extended once here.

Once in Valencia, you must apply for a Student’s Residence Permit (Autorización de Estancia por Estudios) within the first month of your entrance into the territory of the European Union.
